Okay... somehow I have survived the "suicide weekend" and the "hell week"!!! I swear ... they sound as bad as advertised. I can certainly tell that my classmates are all getting pretty stressed... so I figured that we need to have some fun!!
In case you are not from Boston, this is October... which means this month belongs to the Boston Red Sox. So I started off my Friday night with my buddies from Sloan and my girlfriend @ Fenway Park... and wow ...what a night...

I finally saw Dice K pitch, and I didn't realize how short he was! Also, as someone who has been to more than a dozen red sox games, the energy of this night was ten times more electric than any other game. As if that was not enough, Jack Welch was sitting right in front of us!!! While others fancy about meeting Jessica Alba or Brad Pitt, I dream of Jack Welch! (okay, I hope I don't sound like a stalker... After all, I am still trying to get into his class!) At any rate, being the b-school nerds we were, we debated for hours and charted up a decision tree to decide whether we should disturb Jack and take a picture with him. In the end, we were classy enough to leave the poor man alone from a bunch of sloanies groupies.
Yeah, I almost forgot to mention how we ended the night... After sleeping just 10 hours for the entire week, drafting countless memo and model, and schmoozing a dozen Wall Street Bankers, we shred our nerdy glasses, put down a couple beer and hot dogs, witnessed a monster walk-off home-run... and partied with the Fenway crazies as if there was no tomorrow!!
What a night...
