George Soros at MIT earlier this year

One of the best speakers at MIT in the last year was George Soros, who has essentially predicted everything that has happened with the housing and financial markets.  I realized this as I was reflecting on Obama's housing plan today.  To see hear the perspective of someone who has a deep understanding of what is going on, check out this vid of Soros' talk from late October.  I just found it and thought it was worth sharing.  I posted my notes from the Soros talk here.
