My NextLab presentation on project management; Two NextLab teams make the 100k semi-finals

Before I came to MIT Sloan, I was a strategy consultant and a technical project manager.  Today, in my Teaching Assistant/Program Management role for NextLab: Developing Mobile Technologies for the Next Billion, I got to share some of my expertise with practical advice for the project team.

Also, I want to congratulate teams Dinube (Mobile Banking) and Hammock (Mobile Logistics) on making it to the semi-finals of the 100k!
